The campus food service establishments are the Triton Espresso and the College Café. All work closely with the college’s Culinary Arts Program. These “learning labs” are a great place to get delicious food at affordable prices while providing vital education to students in the Culinary Arts Program in a more relaxed atmosphere. Triton Espresso features all your favorite drinks, freshly brewed coffee, an assortment of teas and freshly baked cookies, scones, and croissants. In addition, they all offer freshly made sandwiches, salads, and snacks such as chips, yogurts, bagels, donuts, and nuts.
Triton Espresso is located in Mountlake Terrace Hall Lobby and is open during Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters. Triton Espresso is open during quarterly breaks; please check with the Espresso stand regarding hours during quarterly breaks, as it will vary by quarter.
Food Trucks are available on campus for students to purchase a quick snack, meal, or drink, offering various cuisines and meeting different dietary needs.The trucks can be found Tuesday through Thursday, usually between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., in the Hazel Miller Courtyard during quarters (Fall, Winter, and Spring) and offline during breaks.
The Culinary Arts student-run restaurant featuring international cuisine using local seasonal ingredients. Open during fall, winter, and spring quarters; reservations are recommended.
