SUMMARY/SCOPE
This policy sets forth the guidelines for the posting and distribution of promotional materials on campus. Promotional materials include, but are not limited to: posters, flyers, leaflets, and similar printed materials; and community newspaper and commercial brochures in free-standing racks.

DESCRIPTION
Promotional materials may be posted and distributed by enrolled students, college personnel, and off-campus organizations in campus areas designated by the Vice President for Enrollment and Student Services, so long as the distribution does not interfere with or operate to the detriment of college activities or the flow of traffic.

Posted and/or distributed materials that do not comply with the guidelines will be removed.
