Student With a Disability

Definition
A student who (1) has a physical, mental, or sensory impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities; (2) provides notice of such an impairment; or (3) is perceived to have such an impairment, or a student who has a condition that is medically recognizable or diagnosable.
