Telework Agreement

Definition
A formal, written document completed and signed by the employee, their supervisor, the appropriate member of the President's Leadership Team if needed, and reviewed by Human Resources. This agreement specifies the approved remote location where the employee will perform their telework duties, outlines the terms and conditions of the telework arrangement, and confirms that both the college and the employee understand and accept their respective responsibilities.
