BSTEC 127 - Ten-Key Skill Building

Improve speed and accuracy using the computer ten-key pad. For students with previous ten-key and basic math experience. S/U grade option. Prerequisite: BSTEC 120 or equivalent, or BUS 130.

Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

Demonstrate an increased speed of at least 3,000 strokes per hour with accuracy of 97 percent or above. [REASON]
Demonstrate ability to enter numeric data by touch. [REASON]
Demonstrate ability to enter data from documents at 97 percent accuracy. [REASON]
