PE 124 - Men’s Body Conditioning
2.0 Credits Body conditioning and fitness developed through weight training. Strategies of independent fitness goals and nutrition guidelines. Designed for the beginner. Attendance required.
Course Objectives Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Perform basic individualized exercises. [REASON]
