Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Evaluate anthropological concepts and theories within a specific topical context.
- Describe orally and/or in writing key anthropological concepts related to a specific topic.
- Conduct participant observation and service-learning with local community organizations.
- Explore the role of culture and diversity within a selected anthropological topic.
