CONST 282 - Building Codes III, Inspection



3.0 Credits
A study of building inspection including masonry, concrete, wood, steel construction, glazing, excavation, grading, special inspection of residential and commercial building. Application of the International Building Code and applicable parts of the IRC. Prerequisite
CONST 280. Corequisite

  2. Apply multiple code sections for desired outcomes.
  3. Demonstrate an empirical and reasonable approach to building inspection process.
