CIS 279 - Managing Network Security

Projects include: Conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and organizational security audits driven by policy. Course maps to the CEH certification.
Prerequisite CIS 173 and CIS 277 with a minimum grade of 2.5 or equivalent experience.

Describe the types of resources that need to be protected in a networked environment.

Describe how to conduct security audits.
