CTAP 160 - Construction Trades Tool Training
2.0 Credits
This course provides the practice needed to work with many of the tools used in the construction trades. The trades included in this course are carpenters, laborers, cement masons, ironworkers, and other skilled construction trades.
Prerequisite GED, high school diploma, or above.
Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs)
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify tools and equipment used in the construction trades including carpentry, masonry, and ironworking.
- Use tools safely and correctly.
- Prepare tool belt for the workday.
