 This course covers the management of production operations in a manufacturing environment. Management of both people and processes will be covered. A special emphasis on Safety and Risk Management is included. This class will also help students to make good ethical decisions in production operations.
 Prerequisite AMMET 327.

 Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
 
	Evaluate, assess, and control risk using risk management techniques.Evaluate different project management techniques by creating a manufacturing based project.Plan for the use of safety equipment and systems, including LOTO and PPE.Evaluate complex situations in an organization using professionalethics.
