HORT 262 - Landscape Design II
6.0 Credits This class is for the professional with an emphasis on the creative use of plants and garden making. Recommend placement in AENGL 93 or ENGLP 93 or higher and completion of HORT 120 and 224, or instructor permission. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:- Engage in imaginative and critical inquiry to explore concepts and perspectives in order to develop landscape designs that are site and client specific.
- Locate, acquire, evaluate, and apply information in order to prepare landscape basemaps, site surveys, and site analysis.
- Use appropriate tools, techniques, and technology to communicate effectively with clients and professionals in the landscape industry.
