PE 119 - Aerobic Dance and Exercise
1.5 Credits Aerobic exercise and body conditioning course designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscle endurance and body flexibility. S/U grade option. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:- Identify and demonstrate cardiovascular exercise.
- Describe and explain exercise principles.
