PE 124 - Men’s Body Conditioning
2.0 Credits Designed for the beginner, this body conditioning course will assist students in body conditioning and personal fitness goals developed through weight training. Students will demonstrate knowledge of personal workouts and weight training routines. Class designed for the beginner. Attendance required. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:- Perform basic individualized exercises.
- Describe and record their progression.
- Demonstrate proper lifting form and technique on a wide variety of exercises.
- Develop an individualized-strength training and cardiovascular-training program.
