BRDGE 115 - Critical Reading:CD
5.0 Credits Comprehension skills for college level reading, focusing on the skills of making an inference, interpreting figurative language, recognizing connotative and denotative language, and appreciating the author’s style, language and intended audience. S/U grade option. Prerequisite: ACCUPLACER reading score of 80 or higher. ESL students need to have completed EAP 121 with a minimum grade of 2.5.

- Apply a general sequence for prereading nonfiction texts. [COMMUNICATE]
