1.5 Credits Exercise to music with resistance training using dynabands and light weights to improve muscle tone, strength, endurance and flexibility. S/U grade option. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Recognize strength and endurance improvement through assessment and testing.
