MGMT 101 - Introduction to E-Commerce
5.0 Credits Almost every business has an e-commerce component. This course addresses consumer behavior, user experience, building an online presence and marketing. Students will prepare to work in or start an e-commerce business in retail and service industries. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Describe how people use e-commerce.
- Demonstrate understanding of issues in retail e-commerce.
- Demonstrate understanding of issues in service e-commerce.
- Describe methods for internet marketing.
- Identify options for building an online presence.
