PE 103 - Sports and Fitness Lab: III
2.0 Credits Assist students in the continued development of fitness strategies to improve personal weight and cardiovascular training goals. S/U grade option. Prerequisite PE 102, PE 105, PE 134, or instructor permission. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:- Achieve advanced levels of cardiovascular fitness, strength and muscle tone through daily fitness goals.
- Record daily accomplishments of performance strategies in all programs and individual improvements.
- Demonstrate understanding of different fitness strategies to enhance and provide advanced skill competencies in weight training and cardiovascular improvement.
- Demonstrate the continued ability to design and implement a fitness program for life.
- Evaluate personal well-being relative to weight, body fat percentage, basic metabolic rate, and means to achieve desired fitness balance.
