2.0 Credits Body conditioning and fitness developed through weight training. Demonstrate knowledge of personal workouts and weight training routines. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Perform basic individualized exercises.
- Describe and record progression.
- Demonstrate proper lifting form and technique on a variety of exercises.
