PE 171 - CrossFitness
2.0 Credits Beginning course designed to train all aspects of fitness through a variety of challenging disciplines using elements such as: crossfit rig, ropes, hoops, weights, and exercise balls for total body conditioning. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Demonstrate proper technique in the beginning performance of selected activities.
- Evaluate personal fitness level.
- Demonstrate a CrossFitness program and its relationship to physical fitness.
