ELA 028 - Level 2 Reading Support
2.0 Credits
A support class focused on helping ELA 020, 021, and 022 students improve their reading skills. This class is aligned with the Career and College Readiness Standards (CCRS), as outlined in the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) of 2016.
Prerequisite Placement by instructor or advisor.

Upon successful completion of this class, students will be able to:
- Identify the main topic of a text and describe the connection between individuals, events, ideas, or information in a text.
- Demonstrate ability to read and respond to a high-beginning ELA text.
