BUS 164 - Financial Accounting for Credit Managers

A basic financial accounting course covering the fundamentals of accounting including journalizing, posting, financial statements, adjustments, and cash funds and flow. Financial recordings will be addressed from a credit management and investor position. Recommended completion of BUS 162 and BUS 163 or instructor permission. Record transactions in a general journal format and to post to a general ledger.
Prepare trial balances and basic financial statements.
Reconcile cash and bank accounts and compute cash flows.
