BUS 166 - Advanced Credit Management

The coordination of the technical skills used on the legal, financial, management level incorporating elements of planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling. This is the first in a series of ACAP courses leading to the CBF certification.CBA Certification or instructor permission. Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:- Interpret the role of the Credit Department within the organization and the business world.
- Define the functions of management and interpret the operational requirements of each as they relate to the Credit Department.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify and utilize the skills required to successfully manage the Credit Department.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish and manage a Credit Department.
