Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Assess personality type preference using Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality inventory and self-evaluation.
- Describe basic personality type theory and application and identify characteristics of the 16 MBTI personality types.
- Select and apply appropriate type language to communicate with different personality types.
- Analyze personality strengths and areas for improvement.
