ECE 134 - Workshop in Early Childhood Education
Maximum of 2.0 possible Credits Consists of day seminars during the quarter with a special focus on topics of current interest in the early childhood field. Instructors are recognized early childhood professionals with a high level of expertise and experience on their topic. S/U grade option. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:- Provide evidence of self-reflection concerning the focus topic, goals, and format of workshop.
- Document knowledge of the topic and related issues.
- Demonstrate how the topic applies to early childhood educators and children.
- Document experiences and resources that support children’s and teachers’ learning of the topic.
