ETEC 231 - Advanced CAD and 3D Printing

An advanced continuation of CAD using SOLIDWORKS with additional 3D printing applications and an introduction to CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing).
Prerequisite ENGR& 114.
Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs)
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Create advanced assembly drawing configurations.
  2. Convert CAD drawings to CAM for CNC fabrication.
  3. Create and print advanced, moving 3D parts.
