In these courses students learn the rules of English grammar (through explanations in Japanese)and practice the grammar throughsample sentences and drills.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Use and understand correct English grammar in the following areas: parts of speech, countable and uncountable nouns, case/gender/number of nouns, pronouns, verb conjugation, tenses (present, past, and future), adverbs, and articles.
