Program Description International High School Completion is a program for students educated outside the U.S. who have not yet earned a secondary school diploma or credential. Students complete Washington state high school requirements and earn a diploma that is accepted throughout the U.S. Qualified International High School students can earn high school and college credits concurrently.

Entry Requirements Students who are at least 16 years of age and do not have a high school diploma or secondary education credential are eligible to apply for the program. Students under 17 must present credentials demonstrating English proficiency before being accepted. Incoming students may need to take an English placement test upon arrival to meet entry level course placement requirements. Students who do not meet the minimum English skill level will start out in the Intensive English as a Second Language Program.
