Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate basic knowledge of the human muscular system.
  2. Analyze how exercise influences the mind and body.
  3. Identify nutritional requirements.
  4. Apply knowledge of nutrition to develop a nutritional exercise.
  5. Prepare a weight and cardiovascular training program.
  6. Create and analyze a food journal.
  7. Communicate effectively in exploration of nutrition and fitness topics.
