A hands-on laboratory to prepare and produce plants using micropropagation. Prerequisite
HORT 229 recommended. Corequisite

Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify and describe each stage of micropropagation.
- Organize and sanitize a tissue culture work space.
- Establish propagules in aseptic culture.
- Multiply developing propagules in aseptic culture.
- Establish cultured shoots in rooting medium.
