Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

Utilize the Apollo/Galileo centralized airline reservation system to create passenger reservations.
Explain orally and in writing the rules and regulations for the issuance of airline documents according to ARC (Airline Reporting Corporation).
Accurately calculate fares and issue tickets for air travel itineraries.
Describe and complete the following forms: ATB tickets, RENs, and credit card charge forms.
