Course will survey the history, culture, geography, and current political climate of selected French-speaking communities, including, but not limited to, Haiti, Quebec, Louisiana, North Africa and West Africa. Prerequisite: ENGL 100 with a grade of 2.0 or higher or placement in ENGL& 101. Dual Listed as DIVST 215 and HUM 210
