PSYC& 200 - Lifespan Psychology
5.0 Credits A broad overview of human development from conception to death. Topics include the study of the biological, psychological, and sociocultural development of the human organism throughout the lifespan. Prerequisite: PSYC& 100 with a 2.0 or higher or instructor permission.
Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify and discuss the major theoretical perspectives on human development throughout the lifespan. [REASON]
- Compare and contrast the basic psychological methods of exploring human development. [REASON]
