Program Description International High School Completion is a program for students educated outside the U.S. who have not yet earned a secondary school diploma or credential. These students can complete the requirements for a high school diploma that meets Washington state requirements and is accepted throughout the U.S.
Qualified International High School students can take dual-credit classes through which the student is concurrently enrolled in the International High School Completion/High School-to-University program and an associate’s degree program.
Entry Requirements Students who are at least 16 years of age and do not have a high school diploma or secondary education credential are eligible to apply for the program. Incoming students will take an English placement test upon arrival and need to meet entry level course placement requirements. Students who do not meet the minimum English skill level will start out in the Intensive English as a Second Language Program.
When to apply? Students may start in the program at the beginning of fall, winter, spring, or summer quarters.
