XIII. Residence Status Appeals

The law governing the classification of resident and non-resident students is available through Enrollment Services. If a non-resident student wishes to determine whether he or she might qualify for reclassification as a Washington State resident he or she should:

A. Request a residency questionnaire form from Enrollment Services.

B. Complete the form and return it to Enrollment Services.

The determination of residency status shall be made by Enrollment Services. Students may appeal the residency status determination to the Vice President for Student Services who shall respond within five instructional days.
