Structure and function of the human body. Learn basic cellular and tissue functions plus the structure and function of the integumentary, digestive, endocrine, lymphatic, respiratory, nervous, sensory, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and reproductive systems. Prerequisite: BRDGE 093  or EAP 100 .

Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Describe the structure and function of the body systems listed in the course description. [COMMUNICATE]
  2. Describe the structure, function and organization of the human body in terms of cells, tissues, organs and organ systems. [REASON]
