Course Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

Demonstrate how to read, analyze and brief a case. [REASON]
Summarize, from an overview, the civil and criminal litigation process. [REASON]
Differentiate the role of the lawyers and paralegals in delivering legal services and the ethical and professional practice standards applicable. [Reason]
