PE 105 - Athletic Performance and Conditioning 3.0 Credits Athletic performance developed through combination of skill, strength, and balance. Understanding strategies for analyzing & improving athletic performance. Emphasis on sport specific conditioning. Attendance required for lecture, testing, training, and conditioning.
