PE 130 - Aerobics Hip-Hop
1.5 Credits Aerobic exercise class with dance routines designed to be fun and enhances muscle endurance, flexibility, coordination, and body mechanics. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:- Demonstrate basic hip-hop techniques to improve endurance, skill, coordination, balance and flexibility.
- Demonstrate choreographed basic movements to selected music.
- Identify common dance moves and methods for counting.
