3.0 Credits Analysis of marketing in the hospitality industry including product placement, promotion, differentiation, and pricing structures for the various sectors of the industry. Course-level Learning Objectives (CLOs) Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Describe and analyze the ways marketing is utilized in the various sectors of the industry.
- Describe the goals of industry marketing and promotional efforts.
- Discuss the various marketing channels used in the industry and analyze their effectiveness.
